- The position is a role centric to the design/development and deployment of laboratory, site or institutional wide CrossLab integrated service programs to Agilent customers.
The role places heavy emphasis on aspects of project management, program development and subsequent implementation as well continuous improvement thru applications such as LEAN and 6Sigma.
The successful candidate will interface with a cross-functional team of Agilent staff including but not limited to Sales, Service Delivery, Business Center, Finance, Global Sourcing and Management with respect to the overall project plan, budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements of CrossLab Enterprise programs in varied state of development or execution.
The role also assists in conjunction with the Agilent cross-functional team the engagement with the external customer in respect to the development, definition, scope, implementation and continuous improvement of Enterprise integrated solutions.
This person also will participate in:
a. the building and maintenance of client and delivery partner relationships,
b. the coordination of internal and external project team members and service partners,
c. the oversight of related programs and projects tied to the support and delivery of SSD products and services,
d. other duties as assigned.

이와 같은 Business 확장에 제공되는 LRM Enterprise program의 Implementation 역할 입니다. 또한 고객사에 정기적인 방문을 통하여 고객의 고충을 확인하고 이에 대한 정확한 해결방안 및 Guideline을 제공하며 전체적인 Operation Review Meeting 도 진행 합니다. 그리고 3PP 기타장비 업체와 products에 관한 정보를 수집하고 보다 경쟁력있는 서비스를 요청하며 정기적인 Review Meeting도 주관하여 좀 더 빠르고 효율적인 서비스가 제공되도록 지속적으로 유지/관리하는 역할도 하게 됩니다.

- Required:
1. Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
2. Strong business acumen skills.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English
4. Formal Project Management training or equivalent experience.
5. Current ability or desire to learn to manage and understand laboratory instrument service and maintenance business from process and financial perspectives.

•고객의 Feedback 확인 및 Escalation / CAPA 업무
•LRM Relocation 업무시 현장 Assets Audit, Vendor Contact, Compliance Issue 확인
•3PP Vendor 에게 애질런트 LRM program 소개 및 관계유지
•3PP Vendor Procurement System에 등록 및 Management 업무
•3PP Procurement 관련 Negotiation 및 보다 경쟁력있는 신규업체 발굴
•3PP Vendor와의 계약관련업무 진행 PSA/SOW/CDS/
•3PP Vendor의 초기 업체선정Evaluation 진행 및 정기적인 Evaluation 진행
•싱가폴에 있는 매니지먼트 팀과 정기/부정기 1:1미팅 및 업무 Update Report
