ICP-MS is a mass spectrometry that measures the concentration of metals and some non-metal in liquid samples at very low concentrations. ACE3000 ICP-MS is the only ICP-MS in Korea being developed by Young In Ace to respond to the demand for semiconductor production process, advanced electronic components, food toxic component measurement, and heavy metal water pollution measurement. To verify the equipment performance, an experiment was performed to draw a calibration curve for each element using three elements of a standard sample. The experiment was performed in Analog Mode of EM, and later we plan to add helium to the Collision Cell to remove compounds, and to detect lower concentration samples using Pulse Mode.
