Glycosylation is a key factor influencing the efficacy, stability, and immunogenicity of therapeutic antibodies. Typically, when the combined proportion of G0F, G1F, and G2F exceeds 90%, the antibody is considered to have favorable tertiary structural stability and an extended in vivo half-life. In this study, we conducted glycan profiling to evaluate the glycosylation patterns of several antibody samples. The analysis was carried out using ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) coupled with mass spectrometry to identify critical glycan structures, such as fucosylated forms and high-mannose variants. Our findings showed highly reproducible glycan profiles across triplicate experiments, highlighting the robustness and reliability of the analytical platform for consistent glycan characterization. |
