International Cancer Biomarker Consortium Workshop 안내 October 5-6, 2007 Seoul, Korea Organized by Myeong-Hee Yu (Functional Proteomics Center) and Eunok Paek (Univ. of Seoul) We are pleased to announce that International Cancer Biomarker Consortium Bioinformatics Workshop will be held in Seoul , Korea , October 5-6, 2007,back to back with HUPO World Congress, also held in Seoul. The main subjects of the workshop will be "data analysis pipeline & management" and "FT-MS data analysis". Target audience will be ICBC members in Asia (of course those from other regions are welcomed), with some experience in proteomics data analysis, i.e., advanced users and software developers. There is no registration charge for the workshop. While it is open to everyone, there is a limitation to the number of participants, so please register by September 25 thru this web page.
