1. Ensuring optimized customer satisfaction for the BU/Area to achieve highest customer loyalty level.
2. Participation in developing and maintaining new and existing customer relationship related to area of responsibility.
3. Be actively involved in communicating with customer and service administrator to solve customer problem.
4. Manage service call dispatch with service administrator & improve call response time developing quality of productivity.
5. Provide on site Installation of instruments, upgrades, updates, repair and PM Service.
6. Executing Qualification & Validation Products at customer site.
7. Following all reporting responsibilities of RSD, Escalation, FPR and FSR submission.
8. Following all processes related to the handling of spare parts: ordering, usage, returns, physical count, car stock management, etc.
9. Interaction with customers to offer and close the sale of service contracts and other service products.
